HIFEM
body sculpting

HIFEM is an electromagnetic muscle-stimulation approach used in body sculpting. It is different from cryolipolysis, which uses cooling to target fat.

WHAT IT IS

Body goals.
A personal plan.

A consultation should establish the exact device, intended treatment area and the evidence relevant to your goals. Body sculpting is a cosmetic procedure and should not be treated as a weight-loss programme.

Ask what sensations, muscle soreness or other effects are expected, and which symptoms need review. Your clinician will explain the course and any activity advice for the device used.

A PERSONAL APPROACH

Your goals.

YOUR SAFETY COMES FIRST

Consultation before
commitment.

Suitability depends on the device and your medical history. Disclose pregnancy, implanted electronic devices, metal implants, hernias and recent surgery so the clinician can check the manufacturer’s restrictions.

Time to ask.
Space to decide.

Bring your questions and tell us what matters to you. We will discuss the proposed plan, alternatives, costs and follow-up before you decide whether to proceed.
